Whether keeping our environment clean or putting a smile on the face of a child, our associates are dedicated to service—both inside the bank’s walls and out. SICB also sponsors many projects and events throughout the year, all with the goal of empowering our associates to make a difference in the community.

Siam Community Bank Adopt-A-Highway volunteers help keep our neighborhoods clean by picking up garbage along a 2-mile stretch of highway in Mendota Heights.
